Rotec Rally 2B’80s Rotec Rally 2B single place tail dragger. Aircraft
was totally restored a few years ago & is keep inside at my shop at
all times and is fully assembled,ready to fly…. This craft is a
collectors dream! The Rally was billed the first 3-axis controlled ultralight ever built…Type
of craft: Ultralight, 224 lbs dry. Pusher configuration ~ NO FAA
LICENSE REQUIRED TO FLY THIS CRAFT, but it falls under FAA RULE 103 as
to it’s operation.~(THE RALLY 2B FALLS WELL BELOW THE FAA F.A.R. RULE 103 as to weight.) tubes do need attention/replacement, as the stickers in the fields
where numerous… WHY AM I SELLING THIS CRAFT?:I’m Selling due to my time constraints nowadays… I
finally became a daddy this past month on October 21….Hell, Im 43
years old…. so, as such, I’m starting really late on fatherhood and
the wife don’t want me playing round on my Rally for reasons now
apparent and beyond my control, plus I really don’t have time to fly it
and I need to sell it off because I am running out of room in shop to
store it anymore.She’s a good,well built craft. She just
needs a new home…. so here is the real deal: You want a Rally 2b and
I need a few bucks for diapers, formula, and baby stuff! READ- CONDITIONS OF SELL:Selling aircraft AS-IS/WHERE-IS… Buyer must pick up at my location only. I WILL NOT SHIP. Also,
Buyer assumes all risk coherent in flying or playing around on this
type of aircraft. I, the Seller, reserves the right to refuse any or
all bids, and pull auction without notice. ONLINE Purchaser must pay
full amount of auction by ebay terms of purchase , and as per
agreements below.The $500.00 down payment is considered as a non-refundable holding/storage fee. This holding/storage fee is good for (10) ten days only
as of sell date, with no exceptions. As such, Final Buyer is requested
and is totally responsible to pay in full the final and remaining
amount owed and must pick up the craft within the 10 day
holding/storage limit allotted of this transaction with a final ending
time of 6pm CST of the tenth day occurring. If Final Buyer does not
present him/herself by 10th day of these conditions of sell, I will
assume Final Buyer has abandoned purchase of craft and/or lost interest
after the 10 day the holding/storage time limit expires and I will
assume the Final Buyer does not want to fulfill this agreement as
stated above, after which, I shall reclaim aircraft as the sole owner
and at leisure, seek another interested party to purchase craft,
without prejudice….NOTE:
NEW OWNER OF CRAFT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT MAY BE INCURRED
DURING THE DISMANTLEMENT,PACKING and REMOVAL OF CRAFT OFF MY PREMISES
and will not hold,me the previous owner, responsible for such actions
on there part. Nor am I, the Seller, responsible for the future
reconstruction and operation and flight of the aircraft by Final Buyer
after sell is final. THIS SELL IS: AS IS-WHERE IS. This sell is
considered final when the total monetary amount agreed upon changes
hands. The Final Buyer assumes all responsibly of aircraft when the
first screw/bolt is removed from aircraft by Final Buyer during the
